Our work at the Holt Renfrew renovation project was completed in two phases. In total the project was approximately 31,800 sq. ft. and took us just over a year and a half to complete. One of the main challenges with this project was that they were operating as usual during renovation work. This ‘occupied space’ condition required us to take extra care in facilitating pedestrian safety and ensure we were working in an exceedingly courteous manner while in an active retail environment.
